Lead by Russell ‘Rusty’ Smith a Pitjantjatjara man and featuring some of Australia’s most celebrated musicians including Dave Mudie and Bones Sloane, Phil Ceberano, Matty Vehl and Lee ‘Sonnyboy’ Morgan, BROLGA brings together new and ancient sounds with unified and original voice.
Rusty is well known for his Didgeridoo/Yidaki, guitar and vocal contributions to performances and recordings by Rodriguez, Paul Kelly, Archie Roach, Amy Shark, Tommy Emmanuel and composers Peter Sculthorpe and Rupert Gregson-Williams.
